PuppiesPTR.com Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the Puppies PTR program you agree to all terms
and conditions set forth in this agreement. Puppies PTR may, at any time, choose
to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without
prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any, and all changes
to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided
upon signing up with Puppies PTR. If any modification is unacceptable to you,
your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation
in the Puppies PTR program following our posting of a change in policy notice
or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.
WE ONLY ACCEPT MEMBERS FROM:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland
Netherlands,New Zealand, Norway,Portugal
Spain, Sweden,Switzerland, UnitedKingdom,United States
You agree to and "MUST" use your own "Full" name and e-mail
address in the sign up process, and may not assume a false/phpny identity. You may not
sign up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer or ISP must
not be shared with another individual that has an existing Puppies PTR account.
ANYONE FOUND TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT ORIGINATING FROM THE SAME COMPUTER
and/or ISP WILL HAVE ALL ACCOUNTS DELETED, OR BE BANNED FROM PUPPIES PTR PERMANENTLY
AND FORFEIT ALL UNPAID EARNINGS!
You will use your username/password combination to access your account. It
is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change your
password as often as you like by logging into your account and following the "User
Account Info." link.
All information must be completely filled out in full and be accurate and truthful!
You are solely responsible for any, and all use of your Puppies PTR account
including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your
account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed
to be inappropriate or illegal by Puppies PTR be detected it may result in member
termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
Zero tolerance for "cheaters," your accounts will be deleted and
earnings forfeited.
If an error is made in the value of the ad in such a way that it exceeds the
normal value - we would appreciate members notifying us on the validity of the
value. If a member clicks on the ad and requests a payout, their account may be
subject to deletion, and funds forfeited.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Puppies
PTR. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Puppies PTR limited to no more
than (100) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed, or blocked to messages
from Puppies PTR, your account will be terminated immediately. Emails that are
returned because your account is full or server error will be noted and after
3 days of bouncing emails, your account will be terminated. Any member sending
us spam, threatening, insulting or gibberish emails will result in automatic termination
of account and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings to date of termination.
You "must" reveal your full physical mailing address when signing
up. This is for your protection and is used to verify important information, should
your account come into question. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated,
or incomplete personal or payment information will be terminated and all unpaid
earnings will be forfeited.
If your IP address and your country does not match, your account will be terminated
and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. We DO verify every account!!
You must also have interests and payment information filled out correctly.
Should any member select "I Cheat", "Cannot Read English",
or "Blind Clicker" they will be terminated immediately and all unpaid
earnings will be forfeited.
You MUST remain an active membership! This means you MUST login to Puppies PTR at least
once every 15 days and click links and read your mail.
ANYONE FOUND CLICKING ONLY PAID TO CLICK ADS WILL EITHER BE DELETED OR NOT PAID. THIS IS A PAID TO READ SITE, NOT A PAID TO CLICK SITE!
Upgraded members must log in and be active at least every 30 days.
We suspend and/or remove
inactive accounts on a daily basis. You will forfeit all earnings and downlines and advertising!
No accounts will be reinstated, no refunds will be given on upgraded memberships,
and you will not receive your downline and/or earnings or advertising back if you are terminated
due to inactivity.
Cheating/Cheat Links/English Tests:
We will not tolerate any type of cheating, bot users or known scammers!
This includes known owners of sites who have proven to be a cheaters and or scammer webmaster towards honest members!!
No matter how long you have been a member if you are caught cheating/scamming you will be deleted, blocked and banned from all sites owned by Arkansas Enterprises!!
Being banned from Arkansas Enterprises sites will include harrassment of any of the admin staff and or defamation or any proven false statements made at any time or any place about the admin or owners of any Arkansas Enterprises site!!
Free speech is encouraged, lies will be dealt with accordingly!
Cheat links and English tests will be sent out! These will be clearly labeled.
If you click three (3) cheat links or fail three (3) English test, your account
will be deleted and you will forfeit all earnings. Our Advertisers pay us to send
emails that are being read. We expect our members to read these emails carefully.
There are NO second chances and accounts will NOT be reinstated.
The usage of any e-mail reading (cheat) software is strictly prohibited. A
link will occasionally be sent out to detect if you are using cheat software.
If you click this link, your account will be deleted and you will forfeit all
earnings.
Searches:
Only members from certain countries are allowed to participate in search emails.
The countries allowed by "most" Search Engines are: United States, Canada,
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland,
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United
Kingdom.
NOTE: All persons from countries, other than the ones listed above
who select "Searches" as a category of interest or found to be participating
in "Searches" will have their account terminated!!
Advertising Rules:
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will process your order, usually within 24 hours. Exceptions being on USA holidays and some weekends.
We do not issue refunds, so please read all items carefully when submitting your ad.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ADVERTISING FOR THE FOLLOWING:
We do NOT accept advertising for PTR sites offering link values higher than $0.10.
The only exception to this rule are CLEARLY marked ads only sites.

Banned Sites
We will not accept advertising for Adult, Illegal, Drug sites of any kind,
Gambling, MLM, HYIP, Tobacco, Mod Chip, Randomizer or Non-English language sites. Anything not allowed by Paypal will not be accepted!
ALL SITES MUST BE IN ENGLISH: All sites advertised must be in English.
No type of redirecting is allowed. Any advertising sent with hidden links such as searches or iframes will not be tolerated.
All advertising for banners or paid to clicks must have a working banner image. If you do not have one there is one supplied on the advertisng, upgrade and redemption pages. Any advertising sent without a working image will be rejected and that ad lost and not replaced.
You may not under under circumstances sell any redemptions or advertising from your account. You will be deleted and lose all earnings, upgrades and downlines and will not be reinstated.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Puppies PTR are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement
creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative
or employment relationship between you and Puppies PTR. You understand that you
do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations
on behalf of Puppies PTR. You may not make any statement, whether on your site
or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible
for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Puppies PTR will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages
arising out of or related to this Agreement or Puppies PTR program, even if Puppies
PTR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Puppies
PTR aggregates liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount
of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions
of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
Puppies PTR. Members will be paid via Paypal or Redemption only.
when their balance reaches $6.00 or more.
POINTS ARE USED FOR ADVERTISING ONLY AT THIS TIME.
NOTE: You may not request payout more than ONCE per Month
When a redemption for "cash" or "advertising" is requested,
your account will automatically be debited at that time.
DO NOT HIT THE REDEMPTION REQUEST BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE! Members who request
redemption by clicking the redemption button more than once will lose $1.00 from
their account. Payments will be made withon 90 days or a reasonable time thereafter.
NOTE: You CANNOT share the same Payment ID as another member! Every member
MUST use their own individual Payment ID. Paypal accounts must be verified accounts.
Any account must have followed all terms to be paid and must have the following:
All proper keywords checked
No improper keywords checked.
All account information must be correct, including payment information. any improper or wrong information will send you to the bottom of the pay out que. No Exceptions!
All vacation dates MUST be removed.
Must meet all activity requirememts as stated in these terms.
Must be active at the time of payout. Not on vacation and must be active in clicking emails and paid ads.
Spam:
You may NOT promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
WILL result in immediate termination of your membership with Puppies PTR and may
result in legal prosecution. Puppies PTR strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their
account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings,
but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities
and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple sign ups
shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up
multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
